Belkis Benhabib's passion is to support her clients in discovering the leader within themselves. In her 20 years of experience, mostly in the finance sector, Belkis Benhabib held managerial positions in Information Technology (IT) and Management Information Systems (MIS). She worked at Turkish and international banks as an IT or MIS manager and leaded large scale banking projects for many years. She left her IT Manager position at ABN AMRO Bank in August 2005 and steered her career towards coaching in 2006. She transferred  her years of experience, analytical skills and wisdom derived from being a leader in international corporations,  to her work in coaching.

Belkis Benhabib is one of the consultants of POD (Professional & Organisational Development), a London based  international training and organizational development company.

Belkis Benhabib is a member of International Coaching Federation, ICF. She was one of the coaches, who coached the entrepreneurs as part of the ‘Endeavor' Project that earned ICF Turkey an international award. She continues her volunteer coaching work in ICF projects, for CYDD ( Non-government Organization to Support Contemporary Life in Turkey) and for Yenibiris (A New Job) Happy Future Project.

Her areas of interest are photography, painting and art therapy.
